Every trip on this site is run by Barbaro Transport SARL, the family company in Marrakech that trades as Barbaro Tours of Morocco.
Two licences, full insurance
The company holds two licences: one from the Ministry of Tourism and one from the Ministry of Transport. It is fully insured. The fleet and licences page is the register.

Vehicles it owns, drivers it employs
The 22 vehicles are the company's own, in four classes from the 4×4 to the 17-seat minibus. The drivers are employees. The company that runs your trip owns the vehicle that stops at your door, and its office answers if something changes.
Terms you read before you pay
The terms printed on this site are the same ones the booking window shows you before you pay.
Every multi-day journey booked here refunds in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before departure. On the three-day Agafay trip: “Hot air balloon and some third-party services may be non-refundable once confirmed.” This is the policy as it stands for the Merzouga trip:

- Full refund if cancelled more than 72 hours before departure.
- 50% refund between 48 and 72 hours before departure.
- No refund within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.
Day trips and activities carry their own terms. Today the full-refund point on those runs from 24 to 72 hours before departure, except two balloon flights, whose terms read differently. Each trip shows its own terms in the booking window before you pay.
Reviews we did not write
On Tripadvisor the company holds 4.9 out of 5 from 152 reviews, as of 25 Sep 2026. Read them on Tripadvisor. Owner replies carry Moulay Hafid Boumehdi's name and his WhatsApp number. One, written in French, puts it plainly:
“Merci beaucoup pour votre avis, c'est notre devoir.” Not every review is five stars. So every journey lists what is included, what is not, where pickup happens and the refund terms in full. Adventuro reviews appear on each journey page after the trip.
