These terms govern your use of this website and our services. By using the site, booking a tour or using any of our travel services, you agree to them. Please read them before you make a reservation.

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Barbaro Transport SARL, trading as Barbaro Tours of Morocco, Building B, Office 15, Professional Complex, Section 2, Avenue Allal El Fassi, Marrakech 40000.

Booking and reservations

You can book on this website, by email, by phone or WhatsApp, or through authorised partners.
On this website you book in the booking window that opens when you press Book. The booking window is provided by Adventuro, the booking system we use.
Trips booked instantly are confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
Trips booked on request are not confirmed straight away. You send a request in the booking window. If we accept it, we email you a link to pay, and the booking is confirmed once you pay.
For bookings made directly with us, a deposit may be required to confirm your place. The amount depends on the tour.
Full payment is due as set out when you book, unless we agree otherwise.
Your booking is confirmed only once we have received and processed your payment or deposit.
You can find bookings made on this website in My bookings.

Payment

On this website, payment is taken in the booking window. This website never sees or stores your payment details.
Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed in the booking window.
For bookings made directly with us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we agree the payment method with you in writing.
Refunds, where due, are paid in the same currency and by the same method as the original payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Each trip carries its own cancellation terms. They are held in our booking system and shown in the booking window before you pay. The terms shown in the booking window when you check out are the ones that apply to your booking.

The 46 trips on this site use 12 sets of terms. Each set is printed below word for word, with the trips it covers.

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email to contact@barbarotoursmorocco.com. Exceptions may apply for cancellations due to medical emergencies, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to verification.

A full refund will be issued if weather conditions prevent the flight.
A full refund will be issued if canceled more than 48 hours before departure.
A 50% refund will be issued if canceled between 24 and 48 hours before departure.
No refunds will be issued if canceled less than 24 hours before departure or in case of no-show.
Hot air balloon flights and certain third-party services may not be refundable after booking confirmation.

Changes to bookings

Requests to change dates, itinerary or group size must be submitted in writing.
Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or price adjustments.
If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, notify us in advance. The new guest must meet all requirements and conditions.

Tour descriptions and itineraries

All tours and activities are based on the information available at the time of publication.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, local regulations or other unforeseen events.
Every effort is made to ensure that the services described are delivered, but we cannot be held responsible for unavoidable changes.

Participant responsibility

By participating in our tours, guests agree to:

Follow the instructions of our guides and staff.
Respect local customs, laws and the environment.
Be physically capable of participating in the selected activity, especially for hiking, camel rides and similar activities.
Disclose any health issues or special needs in advance so we can accommodate them.

We are not liable for injuries or incidents caused by failure to follow safety guidelines or by reckless behaviour.

Age restrictions

Some tours may have minimum age requirements or physical fitness criteria.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Special arrangements for families or groups with children can be made on request.

Liability and insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests buy comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation and loss of belongings.

Barbaro Tours of Morocco is not liable for:

Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, political unrest or other force majeure events.
Personal items lost or stolen during the tour.
Injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety instructions.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service or services.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, photographs and logos, is the property of Barbaro Transport SARL or used with permission.
Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of any material from this website is strictly prohibited.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with Moroccan law and jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, legal obligations or services. Updates are posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
