How the Barbaro network fits together
· 2 min read · Barbaro Tours of Morocco
One office, one fleet, several front doors. Which site sells which trip, and what stays the same wherever you book.
Every Barbaro tour and activity books through one booking window, and every trip is run from one office on Avenue Allal El Fassi in Marrakech. There are 46 trips on sale today. Each belongs to one Barbaro site, which describes it in full, and the others point to it. Morocco Hot Air Balloons and Morocco Travel Advisors open later, so their trips are listed on this site until then.

Why split it up
Someone looking for a desert dinner wants a site about Agafay, not a list of 46 trips. So each specialist site does one job, in its own name and its own colours.
This site does two things the others do not. It books the multi-day journeys, which no specialist site leads with. And it says in the company's own name who runs every trip on the others.
What stays the same
Tours and activities book in the same booking window on every Barbaro site, and one My bookings view holds every booking made there. Transfers are quoted on Taxi Cab Morocco.
The pickup works the same way. In Marrakech the driver comes to your hotel or riad and, where the riad sits on a pedestrian lane, parks nearby and meets you on foot. The journeys that start in Casablanca begin at the airport or at your hotel there. The vehicle is one of the company's 22, the driver is on its payroll, and the office you message before the trip is the one on Allal El Fassi. You deal with one team from the first message through to drop-off.
What differs is the small print. Each trip carries its own cancellation terms, shown in the booking window before you pay. On this site every journey refunds in full if you cancel more than 72 hours before departure. On the three-day Agafay trip: “Hot air balloon and some third-party services may be non-refundable once confirmed.” Licensed, insured and accountable has the detail.
