Welcome to Barbaro Tours Morocco ! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site, booking a tour, or using any of our travel-related services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Please read them carefully before making a reservation or using our services.

1. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings are made through our official website, email, phone, or via authorized partners.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking (amount varies depending on the tour package).
• Full payment is due as per the schedule provided at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Your booking is confirmed only once we have received and processed your payment or deposit.

2. Payment Methods

• We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods advertised on our website.
• All payments are processed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) unless otherwise specified.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the same currency and method as the original payment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to contact@barbarotoursmorocco.com .

Cancellation Fees:

• More than 48 hours before tour: Full refund
• Between 24–48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before tour or no-show: No refund

Exceptions may apply for cancellations due to medical emergencies, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, subject to verification.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Requests to change dates, itinerary, or group size must be submitted in writing.
• Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or price adjustments.
• If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, notify us in advance. The new guest must meet all requirements and conditions.

5. Tour Descriptions & Itineraries

• All tours and activities are based on the information available at the time of publication.
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, local regulations, or other unforeseen events.
• Every effort is made to ensure that the services described are delivered, but we cannot be held responsible for unavoidable changes.

6. Participant Responsibility

By participating in our tours, guests agree to:

• Follow the instructions of our guides and staff.
• Respect local customs, laws, and the environment.
• Be physically capable of participating in the selected activity (especially for hiking, camel rides, etc.).
• Disclose any health issues or special needs in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.

We are not liable for injuries or incidents caused by failure to follow safety guidelines or reckless behavior.

7. Age Restrictions

• Some tours may have minimum age requirements or physical fitness criteria.
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Special arrangements for families or groups with children can be made upon request.

8. Liability & Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and loss of belongings.
• Barbaro Tours Morocco is not liable for:
  • Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, political unrest, or other force majeure events
  • Personal items lost or stolen during the tour
  • Injuries sustained due to non-compliance with safety instructions

Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service(s).

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Barbaro Tours Morocco or used with permission.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material from our website is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with Moroccan law and jurisdiction.

11. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, legal obligations, or service offerings. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
